Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders ship within 5–7 working days, except personalized orders, which may also take 7 to 10 working days to prepare after the order is placed, if placed before 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, unless there is a fraudulent warning or a shipping address error. We do not ship during weekends or holidays.

All shipments include real-time tracking and verified tracking numbers so you can monitor your items 24/7 with delivery confirmation. We offer both Standard and Express shipping options. Please note that the listed shipping fees represent average prices across various shipping methods, and shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping carriers.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may take a few hours to update. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Please be aware that you may be liable for customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are not the responsibility of Bagsential. Each country has its own policies, and we have no control over these additional costs.

If you refuse or fail to accept delivery due to unpaid duties or taxes, we are not responsible, and no refund will be issued. The package may be returned to the sender or discarded by the carrier, and we do not cover the cost of return shipping in these cases. Orders are shipped from outside the European Union and the United States.
