WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We believe in our products so if you’re not satisfied with your order placed through www.bagsential.com, we will find a solution for you! The majority of our products can be returned or exchanged within 90 days. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit.
Please note that the shipping fees for all orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders, are non-refundable. All items must be unused and with original tags attached.
If your item arrives broken or defective and you would like a refund or a replacement, please send us an email at info@bagsential.com with attached proof of the condition of the products and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
A refund will be issued back to your original method of payment and may take up to 30 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company for more information regarding refunds. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@bagsential.com
