WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, especially those customized with initials, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at bagsential@gmail.com with photo proof of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement for damaged items that meet our criteria.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases

Items must remain unused and in original condition if a replacement is requested

If you do not respond to the shipping carrier or to us regarding a package that has arrived or is awaiting pickup, we are not responsible for the outcome and no refund will be issued if the package is unclaimed or returned to us. This is because return shipping fees apply, and we will not cover those costs. As a result, the package will be discarded by the carrier and we will not receive it back
