SHIPPING POLICY 

All orders ship 3-5 working days, except personalized orders, which can take 7 to 10 working days, after the order is placed if placed before 5 p.m. EST Monday – Friday unless there is a fraudulent warning or shipping address error. We never ship during weekends or holidays. All shipments have real-time tracking and verified tracking numbers so you can track your items 24/7 with delivery confirmation. We offer a choice of either Standard or Express shipping on our orders. Kindly note that the tariffs represent an average price of various shipping methods and that shipping times are a fair estimation provided by the shipping companies. The standard shipping option is by Colissimo. Express shipping is provided by UPS.

When shipped, orders will take a few hours to update tracking. You will get a shipping confirmation once shipped.

Please be informed that you may be liable for duties, customs, and taxes of your country of delivery. Bagsential is not responsible for this additional charge. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

SHIPPING POLICY 

We believe in our products so if you’re not satisfied with your order placed through www.bagsential.com, we will find a solution for you! The majority of our products can be returned or exchanged within 90 days. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit.

Please note that the shipping fees for all orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders, are non-refundable. All items must be unused and with original tags attached.

If your item arrives broken or defective and you would like a refund or a replacement, please send us an email at info@bagsential.com with attached proof of the condition of the products and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

A refund will be issued back to your original method of payment and may take up to 30 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company for more information regarding refunds. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@bagsential.com
